Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We really want you to be happy with your order but we do understand that buying online, you can't always tell whether something is just right before you see it, which is why we're happy for you to return your items to us if they are less than perfect.

The only exception to this is in the case of live plants which cannot be returned. We are, however, happy to discuss refund options should these arrive in a sub-optimal condition.

Please help us process your return as quickly as possible by making sure you:

  •  Take care of our products whilst they're in your care so that it gets back to us in an unused condition, in its original packaging, and ready for resale.
  • Look after the manufacturer's packaging.
  • Put a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, order number and phone number in the packaging so we know who the return came from.
  • Return your item(s) within 21 days of receipt, or 10 days for sale/discounted items to the below address.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for another, please leave a note in the return parcel to let us know what you'd like to exchange it for and we will get in touch once we receive it. 

To get your mitts on the lovely new item quickly, please make sure you:

  •  Take care of our products whilst they're in your care so that it gets back to us in an unused condition, in its original packaging, and ready for resale.
  • Look after the manufacturer's packaging.
  • Put a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, order number and phone number in the packaging so we know who the return came from.
  • Return your item(s) within three months of receipt (provided the item is current stock/not in the sale and is in unused, perfect condition in its original packaging. If it's a sale item/seconds it must be within 10 days) to the below address.
  • Unfortunately we cannot exchange live plants.

Faulty/ damaged items

  • We do our best to check all items prior to dispatch, but should an item arrive faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of receipt), and we will work out the best way to rectify it. Please send a photograph of the damage to the product(s) and parcel/packaging as soon as possible.
  • We do sometimes make mistakes - being human and that. If we've sent you the wrong item please let us know as soon as you discover this so we can correct the error.
  • We will send a returns label where possible. If you pay the postage you must agree the cost with us before returning if you would like to be reimbursed.

Lost Parcels 

If your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days in the UK or 21 working days internationally please let us know. Unfortunately if we haven't been notified within this time period we may be unable to resend the goods or issue a refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
When your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over £75, please a trackable shipping service or purchase postage insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
